Sustainability is at the forefront of our work as is a zero waste ethos. . .

I remind myself every day how lucky we are to live on our beautiful planet. There is only one, and each and every one of us has a choice as to how we treat it.

How do we practice sustainability? We are season-led which means that we work with the finest of the season’s locally grown flowers thus minimising the carbon footprint and supporting our amazing local flower farmers and nature in general. We believe that locally grown flowers are the most beautiful to work with as we love and embrace their wiggly stems, and how they add to our untamed style of floristry.

In addition we endeavour to use sustainable / biodegradable / recyclable options such as never using floral foam or single use plastics, reusing items such as chicken wire, flower tubes and cable ties, working with botanically hand dyed ribbons, and choosing reusable / biodegradable / recyclable packaging. And we keep abreast of new sustainable ways to practice our art by following organisations such as the Sustainable Floristry Network.
